AM3354ZCED50 Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 298-LFBGA. High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Tray. In the CPU, there are 1 Core 32-Bit cores and 1 Core 32-Bit bus width. Be aware of the operating temperature around 0°C~90°C TJ. A Sitara? series item. A ARM? Cortex?-A8 processor powers this CPU. A CPU with this architecture uses LPDDR, DDR2, DDR3, DDR3L RAM controllers. To serve better this microprocessor features CAN, I2C, McASP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART interfaces. The CPU runs I/O at 1.8V 3.3V. There is MICROPROCESSOR, RISC MICROPROCESSOR, RISC in the uPs, uCs, or peripheral ICs categories. Search AM3354 for variants of the embedded microprocessor. In total, 298 terminations have been made. With a 1.1V voltage supply, the part should be turned on and run. The architecture of the microprocessor is 32-bit. A 500MHz frequency is used by the CPU.
