The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 361-LFBGA. High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Tray. The CPU has 1 Core 32-Bit cores/Bus width. It is important to understand the operating temperature around -40°C~105°C TJ. Sitara? is its series number. This CPU is cored with a ARM926EJ-S processor. There are LPDDR, DDR2 RAM controllers used by this CPU. The microprocessor features interfaces I2C, McASP, McBSP, SPI, MMC/SD, UART for better service. 1.8V 3.3V is the I/O speed of this CPU. This is a MICROCONTROLLER, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. The microprocessor can be searched for with AM1810 if you are looking for variants. In total, 361 terminations have been made.
