ALD4302ASBL Overview
A convenient transport package is provided in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) .A comparator with a CMOS, NMOS, Push-Pull, TTL output is used here.As a result, it is designed with Tube package.The type of the chip can be classified as General Purpose .This is a 4 element comparator.Electronic comparator is recommended to mount using type Surface Mount .As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to 0°C~70°C to prevent malfunctions.There are 14 pins on the comparator.This comparator presents a quiescent current of 1mA .There is a Surface Mount for mounting it on a PCB or other board.Normal use of the device should require a nominal supply current of 1mA .Electronic comparator is possible for the comparator to malfunction if the current supply exceeds 1mA .You are allowed to input a maximum current of 1nA into the device.An increase in temperature over 70°C is not recommended.Temperatures below 0°C are not suitable for the device.6V is the maximum supply voltage of the comparator.A minimum supply voltage of 1.5V is permitted for this comparator.In order to maintain the quality of the output, 4 channels cooperate together.
