A convenient transport package is provided in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) .This comparator is of the CMOS, NMOS, Push-Pull, TTL output type.This chip is designed with the Tube package.The type of the chip can be classified as General Purpose .There are a total of 2 elements in it.In general, mounting type Surface Mount is recommended.As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to 0°C~70°C to prevent malfunctions.The comparator has a pin count of 8 .In this comparator, the quiescent current is 500μA .The PCB or other board can be mounted using the Surface Mount on it.Normal operation of the device requires 500μA supply current.A supply current exceeding 500μA may result in the comparator malfunctioning.Temperature higher than 70°C is not recommended.Comparator electronics cannot be operated at a temperature lower than 0°C .There is a maximum voltage supply on the comparator of 6V .Comparator electronics is possible to operate this comparator wComparator electronicsh a minimum supply voltage of 2V .For the output quality to be maintained, 2 channels work together.
