AK4958EG Overview
It is supplied in the 32-VFBGA package for the purpose of space saving. Cut Tape (CT) packaging is adopted. Due to the fact that this part is of the type Stereo Audio, it is capable of delivering high-efficiency performance in a wide range of applications. As a mounting type, it uses Surface Mount. When the operating performance is set to -30°C~85°C, it is able to operate normally. It is integrated with 1 / 1 ADCs / DACs. The analog circuit is powered by 2.8V~3.6V. A supply voltage of 1.6V~2V is applied to the digital circuit. In terms of electronics, it is a 32-pin device. Using the Surface Mount technology, it is mounted to a PCB. As a safeguard against overheating, the operating temperature is set to a maximum of 85°C. To maintain normal use, the operating temperature is set to -30°C.
