AK4620BVF Overview
A 30-LSSOP (0.220, 5.60mm Width) package is supplied for space savings. It is adopted to package in the Tape & Reel (TR) way. Its Audio type ensures high-efficiency performance in a range of applications. As far as mounting types are concerned, it uses Surface Mount. Using -10°C~70°C as the operating performance allows it to operate normally. In addition, it is equipped with 1 / 1 ADCs and DACs. In the analog circuit, the supply voltage is 4.75V~5.25V. 3V~3.6V is the supply voltage for the digital circuit. The device has a 30-pin configuration.
