ADUC7124BCPZ126 Overview
64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP-packages are available. 30 I/Os are available. Surface Mount is the mounting type of the Microcontroller that is attached to the panel. A 16/32-Bit core is used in order to power the IC chip. The type of program memory it uses is FLASH. The temperature range of this Microcontroller is within the range of -40°C~125°C TA. MicroConverter® ADuC7xxx series components belong to this electrical component. Microcontroller has abundant program memory size of 126KB 63K x 16. There is a ARM7® Core Processor inside MCU that provides this device with its power. This is a MICROCONTROLLER, RISC uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC. During the manufacturing process, 64 terminations were applied to the IC chip. 32-bits are the size of the data that comes with MCU. The MCU chip's supply output is 3.3V volts. There are NO DMA channels on this Microcontroller chip. 126kB memory size belongs to the Chip part. The base part number ADUC7124 can be used to find alternatives. MCU's frequency is 41.78MHz.
