This voltage supervisor has a total of 16 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Packaging is in the form of a Tube. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. There is a voltage supply of 5V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage.
