It is mounted through 5 terminals on the power management. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. In this PMIC, you can find SC-74A, SOT-753 functions for your reference. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Watchdog Circuit products. According to the specification, the package's peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. A supply voltage of 3.6V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. In total, IC powers are 5 pins on the board. 5 pins make up the power management. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 900mV volts. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts in this IC power. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~125°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain, Push-Pull of output voltage. The power management's supply current is 10μA. To find similar IC managements from the manufacturer, you can always search by ADM8321. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 20μA. As you can see, this IC power comes from the well-known Automotive series of products.
