ADM812RARTZ-REEL7 Overview
There are 4 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 1 channels. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. In a 3V supply voltage, the power management conducts. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 4. 4 pins are present on the power management system. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 1V. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 5.5V volts in this PMIC. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~85°C TA . While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 15μA. To find similar IC managements from the manufacturer, you can always search by ADM812. It is necessary to have 3V volts of power in order for this voltage supervisor to operate. At most, voltage supervisor can operate at a supply temperature of 10μA. There are 1 inputs monitored at once on the power management.
