ADM812LARTZ-REEL7 Overview
There are 4 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. It is possible to find on this power management a series of 1 channels. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. IC management conducts in a 5V-voltage supply. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. The power management belongs to the Power Management Circuits subcategory. There are a total of 4 pins on power management. 4 pins are on the supervisor. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 1V for this IC power. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts in this IC power. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Push-Pull, Totem Pole. For this power management, there is an 15μA volt supply current. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using ADM812, the base power ics number. It is necessary to have 5V volts of power in order for this voltage supervisor to operate. The maximum supply temperature that PMIC chip can work with is 15μA. There are a total of 1 monitored inputs on the power management.
