According to the specification, the package's peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. Manage ics operate at 5V supply voltages. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. The power management belongs to the Power Management Circuits subcategory. In total, IC powers are 4 pins on the board. 4 pins are present on the power management system. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 1V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied.
