This voltage supervisor has a total of 3 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. In this IC power you will find 1 functions for you to refer to. There are 1 channels on this power managment ic that can be found in a series. Please refer to power management for TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. As with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. IC management conducts at a voltage of 3.3V. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, it has 3 pins on IC management. Pin count of the power management is 3. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 5.5V volts in this PMIC. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 60μA. It is always advisable to use ADM809, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. At the most, voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 60μA. On the supervisor, a total of 1 inputs are monitored as IC management of its monitoring system.
