ADM809JART-REEL7 Overview
As you can see, this power management is mounted through 3 terminals. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please find attached TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 240. IC management conducts in a 5V-voltage supply. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. As a subcategory, this PMIC chip can be categorized as Power Management Circuits. It has a total of 3 pins that are attached to IC management. 3 pins make up the power management. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 1V. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 60μA. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using ADM809, the base power ics number. A power supply of 5V watts is required for the operation of this power management. The power management can work with a maximum supply temperature of 60μA.
