This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Battery Backup Circuit products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. IC management conducts at a voltage of 5V. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. 8 pins are present in total in this power management. Power managment ic pin count is 8. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 1V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied.
