ADM6348-38ARTZ-R7 Overview
There are 3 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. In this IC power you will find 1 functions for you to refer to. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. As a reference, this IC power includes TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for your convenience. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. A supply voltage of 3V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. It has a total of 3 pins that are attached to IC management. The pins of the power management system count 3. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1V for this power management. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 500nA.
