ADM6315-45D4ARTRL7 Overview
This power management consists of 4 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. In this IC power you will find 1 functions for you to refer to. There are a total of 1 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. Please refer to power management for TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 240. The supervisor is always powered by a 5V volt supply. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. A total of 4 pins are located on this power management. There are 4 pins on the power managment ic. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1V for this power management. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~125°C TA degrees. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector. Supplied with a operating current of 15μA, this PMIC is capable of fully function as specified. To find similar IC managements from the manufacturer, you can always search by ADM6315. A maximum supply temperature of 15μA can be used with this power management. On the power management, 1 inputs are monitored.
