ADM6315-45D3ARTRL7 Overview
This power management consists of 4 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. It is possible to find on this power management a series of 1 channels. Please find attached TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions for your reference in this IC power. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 240. There is a voltage supply of 5V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. In total, the power management has 4 pins in it. This power management has 4 pins. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1V. This IC power should be powered by no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 15μA.
