ADM6315-44D4ARTZR7 Overview
There are 4 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. Please find attached TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions for your reference in this IC power. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. The supervisor is always powered by a 5V volt supply. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. 4 pins are present in total in this power management. The pins of the power management system count 4. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 1V volts. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountThis power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. The supervisor's supply current is specified to 15μA. You can always use ADM6315, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. The power management can work with a maximum supply temperature of 15μA. In total, there are 1 inputs on the power management that can be monitored.
