ADM6315-44D3ARTRL7 Overview
This power management consists of 4 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. In this PMIC, you can find TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions for your reference. As with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 240. When a supply voltage of 5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. A total of 4 pins are located on this power management. 4 pins are on the supervisor. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 1V. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 15μA. It is always advisable to use ADM6315, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. The maximum supply temperature voltage supervisor can handle is 15μA. The power management monitors 1 inputs at once.
