As far as the mounting terminals of this voltage supervisor are concerned, it has 4 in total. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. The supervisor is always powered by a 5V volt supply. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. The power management belongs to the Power Management Circuits subcategory. It has a total of 4 pins that are attached to IC management. Power managment ic pin count is 4. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 1V for this PMIC. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. There is a supply current of 15μA for the power management. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using ADM6315, the base power ics number. At the most, voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 15μA. On the power management, 1 inputs are monitored.
