ADM6315-31D1ARTRL7 Overview
A total of 4 terminals are used to mount this power management. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. There are a total of 1 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 240. Manage ics operate at 5V supply voltages. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, it has 4 pins on IC management. 4 pins are on the supervisor. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 1V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. The supply current of the power management is 15μA. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using ADM6315, the base power ics number. The maximum supply temperature is 15μA. In total, there are 1 inputs on the power management that can be monitored.
