There are 4 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. There are TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. The supervisor is always powered by a 5V volt supply. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. As a subcategory, this PMIC chip can be categorized as Power Management Circuits. A total of 4 pins are located on this power management. This power management has 4 pins. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1V volts. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountYou should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~125°C TA .
