A total of 4 terminals are used to mount this power management. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. For your reference, this IC power includes a list of 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. According to the specification, the package's peak reflow temperature is specified to be 240. When 5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. It has a total of 4 pins that are attached to IC management. 4 pins are on the supervisor. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 1V. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~125°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. There is a supply current of 15μA for the power management.
