ADM6306D346ARJZ-R7 Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 5 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. Please find attached SC-74A, SOT-753 functions for your reference in this IC power. Compared to other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 260. When 2.5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount mounts IC management. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. Power management has a total of 5 pins. There are 5 pins on the supervisor. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 900mV. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~125°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 5μA.
