These devices are packaged in an integrated Tape & Reel (TR)-package.As far as value for money goes, this is an excellent Transmit Variable Gain Amplifier (VGA) that has a great deal to offer.I have sent this with the package 38-TFLGA Exposed Pad.During the mounting process, the part is mounted in the Surface Mount direction.Mostly, it is used in LTE.The 1 function is used here to access high performance for amplification.38 terminals have their own functions in total.There are total of 38 pins in this part.Ideally, a supply voltage of 5V would be recommended for this amplifier to run at its full potential.The amplifying capabilities of this device are excellent just like those of other high-quality Operational Amplifiers.As far as the maximum operating temperature of this part is concerned, it is 105°C.Detection of temperatures below -40°C could result in malfunctions of the device.
