ADG813YRU Overview
This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), making it easy to ship abroad. The advanced packaging method Tube provides high reliability. Surface Mount is where this multiplexer is located. 1:1 is the ratio of multiplexer to demultiplexer circuits. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~125°C TA. In total, 16 terminations have occurred. The electronic part delivers high-quality output through its 4 channels. It is safe to turn on and run the electronic component with a 2.5V voltage supply. A key feature of the 16 series is the inclusion of this electronic part as part of its design. SPST - NO/NC switching circuits are used in these analog switch ics. ADG813 can be used to search for analog multiplexer variants. It has an internal resistance of 650mOhm. The datasheets for the 16 pins explain the functions. In this analog multiplexer, the value is Multiplexer or Switches. A voltage higher than 3.6V should not normally be supplied to the switches. The digital multiplexer has a low cost Single supply. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 1.65V. A voltage of 1.65V~3.6V is required to drain this analog switch from a single voltage supply. A voltage higher than 4μA may cause damage to the switch multiplexer. This analog switch ic utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT output.
