ADG804YRMZ-REEL Overview
Packed in 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width), the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In Surface Mount, you'll find this switch device. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 4:1. Around -40°C~125°C TA is the extended operating temperature. Total terminations are 10. A electrical component with 4 channels is capable of high-quality output. Powered by a 2.5V voltage supply, the electrical part should be switched on and run. It is injected into the electrical part body with 10 pins. A SP4T switching circuit is used to build these analog multiplexers. 1 circuits are used in this analogue multiplexer. Look for analog switch ic variants by searching with ADG804. There is 650mOhm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. Datasheets for functions of 10 pins are available. Multiplexers should not be powered above 3.6V in normal situations. Analog switch ics with Single supply type are cost-effective. There should be 1.65V voltage fed to the electrical part below 1.65V. This multiplexer would work with 3nA current. An analogue multiplexer drains from a single voltage supply at 1.65V~3.6V. There is a voltage range of 3V operating voltages for the electrical part. A 33MHz-bandwidth can be used for data transfer.
