ADG801BRTZ-500RL7 Overview
As the electronic part is packed in SOT-23-6, international shipping is convenient. This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Tape & Reel (TR). Surface Mount is where this multiplexer is located. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 1:1. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~125°C TA. In this multiplexer, the internal resistance is 300mOhm. Please refer to the datasheets for 6 pins functions. There is a standard Multiplexer or Switches analogue multiplexer here. An abnormal situation would be for the switch device to be supplied with a voltage greater than 5.5V. Analogue multiplexer with a Single supply type that is cost-effective. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 1.8V. For this multiplexer to operate, 1nA current would be sufficient. This analogue multiplexer requires a voltage of 1.8V~5.5V when it drains from a single voltage supply. It may damage the digital multiplexer if the voltage is higher than 1μA. There are various bandwidths available for data transfer. Resistivity from Drain to Source is 300mOhm for this electronic part.
