ADG787BCBZ-REEL Overview
The electronic component is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 10-UFBGA, WLCSP. Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. In the multiplexer and demultiplexer, 2:1 represents the number of circuits. SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs are utilized by this digital multiplexer. 5.5V operating voltages can be used with this electrical part. 145MHz bandwidths enable data to be transferred.
