ADG739BRU Overview
This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), making it easy to ship abroad. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tube is used. In Surface Mount, you'll find this switch device. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 4:1. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. A total of 16 terminations have been recorded. A electrical component with 4 channels is capable of high-quality output. It is safe to turn on and run the electronic component with a 3V voltage supply. It is injected into the electrical part body with 16 pins. A SP4T switching circuit is used to build these analog multiplexers. This multiplexer is composed of 2 circuits. Use ADG739 to search for variants of the digital switches. A 4.5Ohm internal resistance characterizes this multiplexer. You can find the functions of the 16 pins in the datasheets. Theswitch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. A voltage higher than 5.5V should not normally be supplied to the switches. It is recommended that the electrical component receives a voltage of 2.7V. Using only a single voltage supply, this analog switch requires 2.7V~5.5V voltage. If you put voltage higher than 20μA on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur. This product is integrated with an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type AUDIO/VIDEO SWITCH. The 8 inputs need to be operated in order to work. A Drain to Source resistance of 2.5mOhm is shown for this electronic part.
