ADG5409TCPZ-EP Overview
Due to its 16-WQFN Exposed Pad, CSP packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Tray. A switch device like this is mounted in Surface Mount. In the multiplexer and demultiplexer, 4:1 represents the number of circuits. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~125°C TA.
