ADG509ATQ Overview
Packed in 16-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm), the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tube is used. In Through Hole, you'll find this switch device. 4:1 is the ratio of multiplexer to demultiplexer circuits. An extended operating temperature of -55°C~125°C TA degrees Celsius. A total of 16 terminations have been recorded. The electronic part provides high-quality output because it has 8 channels. An 15V voltage supply should allow the electrical part to be turned on and run. 16 pins are injected to the electronic part body. Circuits based on SP4T switching are used to construct these analog switch ics. There are 2 circuits in this multiplexer. Try searching for ADG509 variants of the analog switch ic. There is 450Ohm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. Datasheets for functions of 16 pins are available. There is a standard Multiplexer or Switches analogue multiplexer here. It is generally not recommended to supply a voltage higher than 16.5V to the switch device in normal circumstances. 10.8V should be the lowest voltage fed to the electronic component. An operating current of 600μA would be sufficient for this switch device. Despite this switch device's dual supply capability, its voltage should not exceed 16.5V. A dual power supply should have at least 10.8V voltage attached. Integrated with an analog IC DIFFERENTIAL MULTIPLEXER.
