ADG509AKPZ Overview
This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 20-LCC (J-Lead), making it easy to ship abroad. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tube is used. In Surface Mount, you'll find this switch device. 4:1 is the ratio between multiplexers and demultiplexers. Increasing operating temperature to around -40°C~85°C TA. Total terminations are 20. A 4 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. A 15V voltage supply should turn on and run the electronic component. Electronic part bodies are injected with 20 pins. SP4T switching circuits are used in these analog switch ics. A total of 2 circuits make up this switch device. A DIFFERENTIAL MULTIPLEXER analog IC is integrated into the board.
