ADG508FBRNZ Overview

In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 8:1. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. Total terminations are 16. Users shouldn't supply more than 16.5V voltage to the switch device. 10.8V should be the lowest voltage fed to the electronic component. Put voltage above 1μA on the multiplexer to cause damage. There's no problem with dual supply voltage for this switch device. However, it shouldn't exceed 22V. Integrated with SINGLE-ENDED MULTIPLEXER analog IC. 15V operating voltages can be used with this electrical part. A 8 input needs to be operated. A Drain to Source resistance of 300Ohm is shown for this electronic part.
