ADG439FBRZ Overview
The electronic component is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tube is used. Surface Mount is where this multiplexer is located. 4:1 is the ratio between multiplexers and demultiplexers. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~125°C TA. The total number of terminations is 16. As part of the design of the 16 series, this electronic part has been incorporated into the system. A SP4T switching circuit is used for these analog switches. The analogue multiplexer may be damaged if voltage is greater than 200μA. For this switch device, it is feasible to have two supplies. However, the voltage should not exceed 22V. There is an integrated analog IC DIFFERENTIAL MULTIPLEXER in the module. It is possible to operate 8 inputs. Don't forget the additional features of this electronic part, such as: FAULT PROTECTED; OVERVOLTAGE PROTECTION. It has a Drain to Source resistance of 400Ohm ohms.
