ADG433BRZ Overview
The electrical component comes in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Tube. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. 1:1 is the number of circuits in the multiplexer and demultiplexer. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. A voltage higher than 100nA may cause damage to the switch multiplexer. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 22V. In the case of dual power supplies, you should connect at least 13.5V. There is a voltage range of 12V operating voltages for the electrical part. There is 17Ohm resistance between the Drain and Source on this part.
