ADG409BRUZ-REEL7 Overview
The electrical component comes in 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. In Surface Mount, you'll find this switch device. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 4:1. Increasing operating temperature to around -40°C~85°C TA. By its 4 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. The analog switch ics are built using SP4T switching circuits. This multiplexer is composed of 2 circuits. Try searching with ADG409 if you're looking for variants. In this multiplexer, the internal resistance is 100Ohm. The functions of 16 pins can be found in the datasheets. Multiplexers should not be powered above 32V in normal situations. Dual, Single supply type digital switch with a low cost. This digital switch can be operated with a current of 100μA. There's no problem with dual supply voltage for this switch device. However, it shouldn't exceed 22V. There is a voltage range of 12V operating voltages for the electrical part. Operating the 8 inputs requires 8 inputs. It is not recommended to operate the switches in an environment with a temperature higher than 125°C. 2 outputs are included in the analogue multiplexer.
