ADF4360-8BCPRL Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 240 under reflowing conditions. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. There is a Clock PLL called CMOS which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. 400MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. Clock PLL works with 3V~3.6V supply voltage provided. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. Clock is designed for clock generator's output. This is an electronic part that can be classified as a Fanout Distribution, Integer N Synthesizer (RF) in this case. This clock-generating IC is a 24-bit device designed explicitly for microprocessors.
