ADF4360-5BCPRL7 Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package embeds this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 240. There are 24 terminations found in this file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. In this clock generator, CMOS is used as the input to the clock. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 1.4GHz is available. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3V~3.6V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. There are several logic levels in Clock logic that can be used with this clock generator. This electronic component can be classified as a Fanout Distribution, Integer N Synthesizer (RF). In this IC, a 24-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors.
