ADF4113BRU-REEL7 Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 240 to be essentially indestructible. In it, there are 16 terminations to be found. To operate this time clock generator, 3V voltage should be applied. There is a Clock PLL called CMOS, TTL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. 4GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. The RF synthesizer features 6-BIT SWALLOW COUNTER for improved clock signal output.
