ADF4110BRU-REEL7 Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package includes this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 240 during reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3V. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS, TTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 550MHz Max. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 2.7V. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 2.7V~5.5V. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the Clock logic levels is presented here.
