ADA4004-4ACPZ-RL Overview


In order to protect the op amps, a 16-VQFN Exposed Pad, CSP case is used. An op amp of this type is a General Purpose-type. Instrumentation amplifier is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. A total of 16 terminations have been reported in the past few weeks. In this case, there are 16 pins on the board.
