AD9901KP-REEL Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Embedded in the 20-LCC (J-Lead) package is this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 225 during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 20 terminations. A voltage of 5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. A clock generator's input is called CMOS, ECL, TTL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. It provides a maximum frequency of 200MHz. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Approximately 5.25V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. There should be a voltage supply above 4.75V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 5V. It may cause ha70°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 70°C. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the CMOS, ECL, TTL logic levels is presented here. Digital Phase/Frequency Discriminator is the type of electrical part that this component is classified as. In this IC, a 20-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT -5.2 V SUPPLY.
