A frequency of 5MHz~200MHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.RF IC benefit from this IC's enhanced 48-LQFP package.The Tray package contains this RF modulator.The RF modulator can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.In this RF module, 48 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.
