A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tray-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. The 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package contains this clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 240 when reflown. As you can see, it consists of 48 terminations. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. A clock generator's input is called CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. It provides a maximum frequency of 1.8GHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 3.465V. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 3.135V for normal operation. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3.135V~3.465V. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. It's compatible with LVPECL logic levels. It has been classified as a Clock Generator, Fanout Distribution electronic part, which means that it is a semiconductor. In this IC, a 48-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. Low timing skew is offered by this RF synthesizer at maximum 0.22 ns.
