Op amp is packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case. An op amp ic of the Instrumentation type. It comes in a Tube case, which protects instrumentation amplifier from damage during delivery. A total of 8 terminations have been reported in the past few weeks. In this case, there are 8 pins on the board.
