AD8224BCPZ-WP Overview
There is a 16-VQFN Exposed Pad, CSP case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the Instrumentation-type. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a Tray case. A total of 16 terminations have been reported in the past few weeks. Buffer amplifier has a total of 16 pins. It is important to remember that this op amp should be operated at a voltage of 15V volts. 16 pins are available on the instrumentation amplifier. There is an input offset voltage of 300μV for this buffer op amp. This electrical part should be mounted using type Surface Mount. With regard to operating temperature, op amp ranges -40°C~85°C. As long as the supply current of the chip does not exceed 750μA, this op amp ic can operate. There should be no change in the voltage gain.
