Packaging for the buffer amplifier is in the form of a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case. An op amp ic of the J-FET type. A Tube case is used to deliver the buffer op amp. There are two types of Operational Amplifier op amps in this case, and this device falls into one of them. 8 pins are available on the instrumentation amplifier. The input offset voltage is 1mV.
