AD1988AJCPZ Overview
It is supplied in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package for the purpose of space saving. The packaging way of Tray is adopted. Due to the fact that this part is of the type Audio Codec, HD, it is capable of delivering high-efficiency performance in a wide range of applications. This device employs the mounting type Surface Mount. When the operating performance is set to 0°C~70°C, it is able to operate normally. It is equipped with a total of 6 / 10 ADCs and DACs. There is a voltage supply of 3.13V~3.46V to the analog circuit. Supply voltage is set to 2.97V~3.63V for the digital circuit. In order to prevent signal reflections from off the end of the transmission line, 48 terminations are used. The board has 48 pins configured. In addition, it can be supplied with a voltage of 3.13V at a minimum. This device supports a maximum supply voltage of 3.46V. This electronic part belonging to the family of SoundMAX? series is well suited for a wide range of applications.
